How do I use Eonsmoke products?
Considering Eon Smoke e-cigarettes consist of only two parts; the battery and atomizer, simply screw the battery and atomizer together. Once the two parts are firmly together you may begin inhaling the cigarette. The Atomizer which is the heating element vaporizes the nicotine solution which you then inhale as a vapor. This is not smoke so you will not feel the traditional burn of tobacco or deal with any tar or ash. We recommend short light puffs in the beginning.
What are the ingredients of what I’m smoking?
The cartridge ingredients are mostly propylene glycol with secondary ingredients being nicotine, water, and a flavor if you should so choose. Propylene glycol has been deemed reasonably safe to use in food and consumption products being used in food coloring and other industries. Propylene glycol acts as the ingredient which creates vapor mist.
Where are Eonsmoke products manufactured?
Eonsmoke products are manufactured in China. Do not worry however; We do business with the leading electronic cigarette factories and every product is manufactured to the highest standards. Can I smoke this in restaurants/bars?
Yes, you can since the Eon Smoke electronic cigarette or e cig does
not emit any offensive odor or stench. Many of our customers rave
about the fact they can smoke virtually anywhere with this new
revolution in smoking. Be aware however people will think you are
smoking a traditional cigarette and are liable to ask you to cease your
smoking activities. This is where you proceed to tell them you are

Is Eon Smoke a smoking cessation product? Can I
quit traditional smoking using this product?
No, Eonsmoke Electronic Cigarettes are not a smoking cessation
product. We do not market Eonsmoke products as cigarettes that will
reduce your craving or want for tobacco or nicotine. Be advised that
Eon smoke provides the flavor of tobacco, the process of smoking,
and the thrill of nicotine so this is a simply an alternative method of
enjoying smoking.
How long do the starter kits and cartridges last?
The starter kits, which include two batteries, multiple cartridges, USB
and wall chargers, should literally last several years depending on
use. The cartridges however are the rough equivalent of two packs of
cigarettes; so depending on usage the average user takes
approximately 1-3 days smoking through a single cartridge. The
Battery should last 1-3 days depending on usage and you should
then begin to recharge the battery once it has been used.
How do I charge the battery optimally when I am not
smoking?
The optimal amount of hours to charge the battery is 3-4 hours.
Remember that overcharging the battery can lead to the breakdown
of the lithium ion powered battery.
Where does Eon smoke ship?
Eon Smoke currently ships worldwide, within the United States we
ship priority mail which should deliver to anywhere in the states in 2-3
business days once shipped. Internationally we ship priority mail
international which assumes 5-7 business days depending on which
location.
How do I check tracking for my set/cartridges?
You should have registered an account with Eon Smoke prior to
purchasing any sets or cartridges. On the top right hand corner of the
home page you can log in to your account and within the account
management page you will be able to view history of any products
ordered and tracking numbers relevant to those orders.
