Unopened Items

We accept returns of all unopened items for 30 days for refund or exchange. You are responsible for return shipment fees. To get things done as smoothly as possibly, call our customer service department at 1-800 616 3711, and our cheerful customer service reps will provide you with an ultra-necessary RMA number. We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. Please allow 7 business days from the date we receive your shipment for the processing of your shipment. BEFORE YOU SHIP PRODUCT(S) BACK, make sure to email us to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Must be Inside the package, please include either a copy of the original Sales Receipt or Invoice, or completed RMA FORM. You must return all accessories and product component parts. Any items sent incomplete or defaced will not be given credit. For our protection, we respectfully reserve the right to refuse and return to sender any packages that do not contain the RMA number. We are not responsible for loss or damage of returned items.

Used items

If an item is used, we cannot provide refund. On the other hand, if you are not satisfied with the product within the 7 days starting upon delivery arrival date, we can exchange it for a different product of your choice. Customer is responsible for shipment fees for the returned item. If the item you would like to exchange is lesser value than your new product choice, we will refund you the difference. If its value is more, we will charge you the difference or even exchange for the same item. Defective items

We accept returns of defective items within 7 days of arrival date. ( Please follow Unopened items procedure). There are certain brands that are exception to this due to their manufacturer policies. Please see below for details under "Exceptions"section. If you purchased an item and it is defective, we will replace the item within the first 7 days of arrival date. We can also offer exchange to a different item of your choice. Please see "Used Items" section above for details. Customers are responsible for return shipment fee. We will cover the shipping fee of the exchanged item. If your item becomes defective after 7 days of purchase, you will need to contact the manufacturer and use your warranty rights for the item directly through the manufacturer.

Exceptions

Certain manufacturers have strict policies of their own where they prefer to deal with end user product issues directly by themselves. These manufacturers do not allow resellers/distributors to accept returns or provide service to the end user for their brand name products. These brands are listed below. If you purchased one of these brands, we will handle your return requests within the 7 days of your arrival date. After 7 days, any issue with these products will need to be handled by the manufacturer. We cannot accept a return or refund for these items after 7 days of your purchase. You can contact these manufacturers directly. Exceptions are any items that are not manufactured by Eonsmoke.
