Please make sure you input the correct address for shipping. Once the label has been created we are unable to change the address. To change the address, you would need to contact USPS and process a package interception. If there is a processing fee Eonsmoke is not responsible. Eonsmoke is not responsible for any custom taxes or duties.
Fraud Protection Policy
Eonsmoke reserves the right to prosecute to the full extent possible any and all fraudulent activity in conjunction with the website or products sold. You agree that all information provided at checkout is accurate and indisputable beyond protection provided by the federal Fair Credit Billing Act (FCBA). Eonsmoke shall have the right to pass through any and all penalties and fees to you in the case a chargeback is disputed and overturned in favor of Eonsmoke.
Risk of Loss
All items purchased from Eonsmoke.com or from the Eonsmoke offices or sales/distribution agents are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
For lost packages please contact the carrier to file a lost package claim.
Eonsmoke, LLC. is not liable for any damages that are done to any electronics that are compatible with Eonsmoke USB/Wall/Car chargers including computers, cell phones, tablets, car accessories etc. Please use all Eonsmoke products and electronic cigarette accessories in the responsible format as to minimize the possible damages done.

Exchanges / Returns:
Un-opened items – 30 days from delivery date for refund or exchange. (Un-opened- still in original packaging, original seals intact.)
Opened items – Are exchange only from 7 days from delivery date. No refunds allowed.
DOA (Defective on arrival) items – You must notify us in the form via email within 2 days of delivery.
You the purchaser are responsible for return shipment fees.
To get things done as smoothly as possible follow these steps:
- Call our customer service department at 862-225-9100 and send us an email with a photo of the item being claimed and the order number at firstname.lastname@example.org
- If approved, we will provide you an ultra-necessary RMA form and Number. Which is needed for any packages being sent to us.
- RMA form must be filled out entirely.
- RMA number must be written on the outer package that is being sent to us.
- You have 7 days after the RMA form and number had been advised to ship the package back to us.
- You MUST email us the tracking number for the package being returned. Failure to compete this step will resort into high delays and possible lost packages.
- We respectfully reserve the right to refuse and return to sender any packages that do not contain the RMA number visible on the returned package. We are not responsible for loss/ damage of returned items being returned..
Certain manufacturers have strict policies of their own where they prefer to deal with end-user product issues directly by themselves. These manufacturers do not allow resellers/distributors to accept returns or provide service to the end user for their brand name products. These brands are listed below. If you purchased one of these brands, we will handle your return requests within the 7 days of your arrival date. After 7 days, any issue with these products will need to be handled by the manufacturer. We cannot accept a return or refund for these items after 7 days of your purchase. You can contact these manufacturers directly. Exceptions are any items that are not manufactured by Eonsmoke
